In this highly charged political climate,\u00a0 this should be our new National Anthem with the way our world is today.\u00a0 <strong>Mark Schultz of Mark Skin Radio noting the political bent on his 6-7-2017 program when he played Gillen Jr.&#8217;s track.<\/strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8220;Where\u00a0 are You Tonight Fallen Angel&#8221; , has a short but sweet story about looking for that special someone in every place you possibly can. Kenny not only grabs your attention from the initial notes<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> but holds it throughout the CD&#8217;s sixty-eight minute journey to the past,<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> present, and future.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>It&#8217;s All Around You would make Tom Petty proud. \u00a0Kenny has<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> captured the sound and the feel but while paying homage make no mistake it is<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> still his own voice.<\/strong><br id=\"yui_3_16_0_1_1497283262473_82950\" \/><strong>A tune getting a lot of attention is &#8220;Without You.&#8221; Think Traveling Wilburys\u00a0 Volume 1 meets Kenny Selcer and it begins to make sense. His ability to\u00a0 change style and vocal inflection from\u00a0 song to song is rare in the industry and to achieve desired results without any\u00a0 notes ever being forced is even more\u00a0 obscure in today&#8217;s lack luster musical\u00a0 landscape.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>It Was You will have fans of Eddie <\/strong><strong>Cochran, Carl Perkins, and Gene\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Vincent engrossed as to how in 2017\u00a0 <\/strong><strong>Kenny is delivering a knockout blow\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>with a cross of Rockabilly and <\/strong><strong>Swing.<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Wisely woven in the web is an <\/strong><strong>instrumental Kenny&#8217;s Song. Its\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>purpose is multi-fold. First it shows his<\/strong><strong><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>ability as a guitar-player too long\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>underrated in the field.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Secondly placing it as Track 10 lets us\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>digest the lyrical caravan we have been<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>riding during the previous nine.<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Ending the sojourn Kenny is joined by\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>a longtime friend Steve Gilligan\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>(legendary New England Band The\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Stompers) contributing the bass-lines\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>on Stay Awhile. In the realm of the\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>recent works of John Mellencamp.
